International Components in the 21st Century Workplace
I look forward to the SIG Workforce meetings!
My interest is in the international aspect of the 21st century workforce that deals with the understanding of language and culture to function in a global economy, in addition to the technology skills. I hope others see the value of the cross-cultural component as well.

When we look at the 21st century skills framework (http://www.21stcenturyskills.org), there is an emphasis on global citizenship and global awareness. I love your passion for cross cultural component. I hope others will join this discussion.
