I plan to take a look at eFolio and see if it will work. I am sure that others have situations similar to ours and might be interested if we can work out a good approach. Thanks for access to the eFolio site.

I'll help anyone in the group for free if you want to take a look at the eFolio (http://www.efolioglobal.com). Log in with admin@test.com or advisor@test.com or learner@test.com to play around with it. I have never donw a back-end systems integration with it, but would be willing to try.

We are looking at the possibility of integrating our ePortfolios with our Moodle course management system. Our program is a fully online master's in educational technology. The university requires portfolio credits be taken at the end of the degree program. However, we would like to integrate portolio development throughout the program. We have been using portfolios as the culminating activity for our program for the past two years. Right now, I have all the instructor feedback, scores, and files from this work stored in various folders on Google Docs and my computer. We would like to work toward a more manageable system. Any ideas are welcome.
